The Role
You'll sit alongside a leadFinancial Adviserday to day, getting real exposure to client work, strategy andholistic advicefrom the ground up.
With 1 year you'll be on track to kick off yourProfessional Year (PY)and work towards becoming a fullyAuthorised Representative.
The pathway is mapped out, you just have to show up and back yourself.
Day to Day You'll Be:
Working closely with a leadFinancial Adviserin client meetings and strategy discussions
Helping prepareStatements of Advice (SOAs)and product comparisons
Building strategy, research and writing SOAs and ROAs.
Building relationships with real clients along the way
Gradually taking on your own client relationships
What We're Looking For




Minimum 2 years experience as aParaplanner,Client Services Manager (CSM) or Associate Adviser
Someone who genuinely cares about clients not just ticking boxes
Good communicator, professional, and keen to grow
