Aligned Energy Systems is an Australian engineering and renewable energy business developing and manufacturing innovative energy products.
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivatedProduction Operatorto join our manufacturing team in Wodonga.
This is afast-paced, high-pressure production roleinvolving repetitive processing of aluminium components using CNC machinery, primarily aCNC press brake and CNC router.
The Role
Your duties will include:
Operating CNC press brake equipment
Processing aluminium components to drawings and job requirements
Loading and unloading aluminium sheets and components
Repetitive batch production work
Working to daily production targets and deadlines
Maintaining accuracy and quality while working at pace
Checking finished components for dimensional and visual quality
Deburring and preparing aluminium parts
General workshop and production duties
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following production procedures and safety requirements
This is a high-output manufacturing setting, so you will need to be comfortable working under pressure, maintaining concentration and keeping production moving throughout the day.
Training will be provided on our equipment and manufacturing processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Works well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Is reliable, punctual and consistent
Is comfortable with repetitive production work
Can maintain speed without sacrificing quality
Has strong attention to detail




Can work to production targets and deadlines
Can follow drawings, measurements and instructions
Takes pride in producing quality work
Is comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Has a practical, hands-on approach
Is physically capable of general workshop and manufacturing duties
Can remain focused and productive during busy periods
Previous CNC, fabrication or manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential for the right person.
TIG or MIG welding skills would be highly regarded.
Experience working with aluminium would also be an advantage.
