A well-established structural steel contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the business and play a key role in delivering major structural steel projects across Adelaide.
This is a newly created position with a strong pipeline of secured work, including high-profile projects.
We're looking for someone with energy, initiative and the ability to lead from the front.
This role will suit a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, solving problems, building teams and driving outcomes rather than sitting behind a desk.
The Role Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for:
Leading structural steel erection and rigging activities on site
Managing crews of up to 10 personnel, including riggers and subcontractors
Coordinating crane operations, steel deliveries and site logistics
Assisting with project mobilisation and methodology planning
Liaising with builders, engineers, site managers and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
Building and developing site teams as project workloads increase




Initially focused on major Adelaide projects before progressing across multiple sites

To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Experience within structural steel erection, rigging, cranes or heavy construction
Strong leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of site crews
Experience working closely with builders, subcontractors and project teams
A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems on the run
Strong planning and coordination skills
Knowledge of safe work practices, lifting operations and site management
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a genuine "can-do" attitude who can take ownership, work through challenges and keep projects moving.

$150,000 - $180,000 + Super
