The Role
We're looking for a skilledSite Foreman (Building)to take charge of site operations on upcoming commercial and institutional building projects in Ipswich, Brisbane and surrounding SEQ areas.
This role is hands-on, and ideal for someone who leads from the front, works collaboratively, and is committed to maintaining high standards in delivery, safety, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities




Manage and supervise daily building site activities.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site labour
Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, and suppliers.
WHS compliance
Monitor site progress, maintain records, and report daily.
Oversee plant, materials, and logistics.
Engage in onsite trade work where required to keep work progressing
About You
3+ years' experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial building projects
Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Solid leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
White Card essential; First Aid and relevant tickets desirable
Valid driver's licence
Must have own basic tools.
Must be willing to perform hands-on work on site.
Willingness to travel to projects across Brisbane and South East QLD
Must be trade-qualified
