BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to visit clients in Lowood and surrounding areas, supporting independence and improving quality of life.
You'll spend time on the road delivering in-home care and daily living assistance.
In this role, you will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport to appointments, and follow each client's Care Plan.
A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent and a current Australian driver's licence are essential.
