The Queensland Government invites applications for the Nurse Unit Manager, Renal Medicine role based in Cairns.
You will lead clinical services, manage budgeted capacity, and work with the Nursing Director and Renal Nurse Unit Managers to deliver secure, high-quality patient care.
You will drive quality improvement, mentor staff with the Nurse Educator and Renal Nurse Practitioner, and coordinate service planning, evaluation and cost-effective care across the renal division.
