You'll help with:
Manage calendars, emails, and appointments
Coordinate showings, inspections, and vendor schedules
Prepare contracts, listings, and marketing materials
Update CRM and maintain client files
Assist with social media and listing marketing
Perform light administrative and personal errands
Collaborate with the team to meet targets and celebrate collective achievements
Manage enquiries via email, phone, and SMS to ensure timely and professional responses

Have your own car and valid license with safe driving manner and skill.
