This is afull-time positionthat plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that Royal Vanities is known for in the warehousing and distribution industry.
Key responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations using proper storage systems and inventory management techniques
Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications and delivery requirements
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and effective manner
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and warehouse transactions
Prepare products for shipment, including labelling, weighing, and loading onto delivery vehicles
Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working workplace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Identify and report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues to management
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in a similar operational role
Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners




Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory, picking, and packing orders
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a commitment to health and safety standards
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks regularly
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous
Relevant forklift or material handling certifications are highly desirable
