The Position
We are currently seekingtwo positions - FOH Waiters / Waitresses + Receptionistto join our afternoon and evening team.
Full-time hours available, Tuesday to Saturday.
Candidates must have full-day availability for Tuesday to Saturday shifts, covering both afternoon and evening service periods.
The roles will be primarily focused on ourRooftop Bar, Restaurant and Lounge, providing seated cocktail service in an elegant environment.




You will also assist with private functions and events, delivering cocktail-style service and premium beverage experiences.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum3+ years experience in high-end hospitality
Experience inpremium bars, cocktail lounges or upscale beverage environments
Strong section service experience with the ability to manage guests confidently
Bartender experience will also be highly considered for candidates wishing to apply for a bartender position
Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
Exceptional guest service and attention to detail
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across the venue
Genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning
Interest inwhisky, cigars and winewill be highly regarded
Ability to take initiative and maintain high service standards
Australian work rights required
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification must be obtained within 30 days of commencement
