About the role:
Manage a broad range of
complex family law matters
, including
property settlements, parenting disputes and financial agreements
.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
while delivering
high-quality legal services
.
Lead, mentor and develop junior and mid-level lawyers
, providing technical guidance and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate:
An experienced Family Lawyer operating at
Partner or Special Counsel
level, or a senior practitioner ready to take the next step.
Ideally an
Accredited Specialist
in Family Law,



although strong candidates without accreditation will also be considered.
Demonstrated experience managing complex family law matters independently.
Strong technical expertise across both property and parenting matters.
A genuine interest in mentoring and developing other lawyers.
Personable, approachable and team-oriented, with strong leadership skills.
