We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an $8M aged care new-build project in the Dubbo region.
The project involves the construction of a new aged care facility, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in civil works and out-of-ground construction.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to take ownership of a regional project, with accommodation available near the site for the successful candidate.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of an $8M aged care new-build project.
Manage site operations from early civil works and out-of-ground construction through to project completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources to ensure the project runs to programme.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout the build.
Work closely with the project team, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.




Navigate relevant aged care construction requirements and applicable regulations.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
Strong experience across civil works, groundworks and out-of-ground construction.
Previous experience delivering design-and-build projects is highly desirable, particularly within regulated construction environments.
Strong knowledge of site safety, quality assurance, programming and subcontractor management.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a project independently and drive programme outcomes.
