We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, based in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD.
With our business continuing to grow, there may be an prospect for the right candidate to move into a permanent role.

About the role From bringing campaigns to life to helping deliver events, this is a varied, hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to get involved.
Working closely with the Marketing team and wider business, you will: Support marketing activities across the Group's businesses,



including current homes and land development.
Help plan, coordinate and deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create and maintain engaging marketing collateral, brochures and point-of-sale materials.
Keep our websites current and identify opportunities to improve content and usability.
Research market trends and competitor activity to uncover insights and opportunities.
Work with suppliers and service providers to deliver quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
Track campaign performance and use the results to recommend improvements.
Assist the Marketing Manager with monitoring expenditure and return on investment.
Coordinate and deliver events that connect customers with our brands.
Take ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks and find ways to make our processes simpler and more effective.
