Duties: Prepare, cook,



and serve food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards Oversee the appropriate receiving and storage of food Maintaining HACCP procedures and practices Maintain kitchen equipment and plant in positive condition Provide direction and support to all catering employees Plan and implement daily food preparation list for effective production Analysis of all aspects of the operation to monitor and audit performance to ensure continuous improvements are achieved Ensure that adequate employees are rostered and report to the Facility Manager/ Scheduler any shortfalls Assist in providing regular feedback to all catering employees Comply with all aspects of OH
