You will play a key role within a supportive team to ensure we provide high levels of patient care.
Your responsibilities will include: ·Providing excellent standard of evidence based, person centred patient care ·Demonstrating professional practice as evidence by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope's policies and processes ·Acting as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices ·Maintaining skilled and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners,



using a customer service mindset, to enable high-quality patient outcomes Essential Criteria ·Australian work rights ·Current AHPRA registration ·Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an acute medical or surgical nursing ·Understanding of the Australian National Commission in Quality and Safety Ten National Standards ·Ability to show initiative and work within a team environment ·Ability to communication well with a range of stakeholders About us John Fawkner Private Hospital is located in the northwest suburbs of Melbourne.With 186 registered beds, an emergency department, 5 operating theatres, 12 bed Critical Care Complex and a busy day surgery/endoscopy unit the hospital provides a wide range of services to its community.
