The Role Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Essential: Food Hygiene Certificate is required Key areas of responsibility include:



Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café Replenished condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable Skills
