About this Position Join PFD in a unique support role helping coordinate the supply of products to our cruise ship customer.
From processing orders and invoices to coordinating documentation, transport and vessel loadings, you'll work across multiple teams to make sure the details are right and everything stays on track.
Key Responsibilities Process cruise ship orders, invoicing and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
Manage PODs, order records and relevant loading documentation, including Form 43s.
Coordinate vessel loadings, drivers and pallet requirements to support smooth deliveries.
Liaise with transport, purchasing,



warehouse and operational teams to support customer requirements.
Follow up shorts, discrepancies and other order issues, helping ensure they are resolved and accurately recorded.
What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing or administration.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Excel and computer-based order/administration systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with a practical approach to resolving issues.
Experience within foodservice, FMCG, distribution, transport or logistics would be advantageous.
