We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, highly organised and a confident communicator.
The Role You'll be a key part of RAA's in-house creative agency, turning big ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand work.
One day it's a campaign across print, digital and video.
The next it's motion graphics for our members or a brand template the whole business can use.
You'll also: •Be a trusted creative partner to teams across RAA, guiding them with clear direction and rationale •Look after our brand standards and review work from external agencies •Juggle multiple briefs and keep stakeholders in the loop •Explore generative AI, motion and emerging design tools, and show us what's next About You You're a cooperative, resilient creative who enjoys working in a high-performing culture.
You'll bring: •A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communications or a related field •3+ years' professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency •A portfolio showing print,



digital and motion work •Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working knowledge of Figma •Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or the aptitude to build them quickly •Hands-on interest in generative AI design tools •Strong pre-press and colour management knowledge •Sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure About us Established in ****, RAA has grown up alongside South Australia – and for more than 120 years, the community has trusted us to have their back.
