O'BRIEN METAL ROOFING PTY LTD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Carpenters.
Responsibilities: Interpret drawings and specifications to determine appropriate materials and installation methods.
Select timbers and other required materials; prepare layouts in accordance with project needs.
Cut materials, assembly, and nail shaped parts accurately based on specifications.
Erect frameworks, panel systems, and roof framing, ensuring alignment and structural accuracy.
Install fascia panels, exterior wall cladding, roof sheathing, door and window frames with precision.
Assemble prepared timber components into complete structures and fittings for installation.
Cut wood joints accurately to ensure strength and durability.
Install insulation and wall cladding.




Cut and fit flashings and downpipes.
Lay and install roof sheeting.
Conduct repairs on existing fittings and roofing.
Remove old roofing materials when necessary.
Work with various materials as required by the project Skills: Demonstrate problem-solving skills and craftsmanship.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment.
Eagerness to learn and adopt current techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
