You'll guide pharmacists, assistants, technicians and administrative staff to deliver a safe, responsive pharmacy service, working closely with clinicians and pharmacy leaders.
Bring your clinical expertise and leadership to staff development, complex pharmacy work and service improvement.
You'll mentor colleagues, review practice and performance, and help put medication management policies into action to support quality care and effective use of medicines.
About You To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification Hold or be eligible for Pharmacy Board of Australia registration Bring extensive hospital pharmacy and team leadership experience Lead staff development, change and service improvements About us (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
