**** Opportunity Inclusion - Year 3(Permanent) You will play a key role in supporting students with disabilities to access learning, engage meaningfully in the classroom and achieve their individual learning goals through the development and implementation of Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs).
Working collaboratively with students, teaching staff, families and allied health professionals, you will help develop inclusive learning practices and ensure appropriate support is in place.
You will also provide guidance and support to teaching staff across the Year 3 cohort in implementing differentiated learning strategies and targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.




As part of this role, you will work flexibly alongside classroom teachers through team teaching, and provide classroom coverage when required, ensuring continuity of learning and support for students.
