Job Description: The Client Services Team Client services are responsible for key strategic initiatives to support Dimensional's interaction with clients and prospects.
Described broadly by Dimensional 360, the team are responsible for a suite of services available to an elite community of financial professionals who work with our firm.

The Opportunity With initiative and proven success, the Analyst/Associate will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Dimensional 360, work closely with our experienced Australian team and draw from extensive experience of our global client services group.
The Analyst/Associate will support the development and delivery of these services to clients across Australia and NZ for this 6 month fixed term contract to start mid January ****.
The Role The Analyst/Associate, Client Services will support the Senior Associate, Client Services in the delivery of Dimensional Australia and New Zealand's client and prospect education program primarily via conferences, events, and webcasts.
Project manage conference themes, agendas,



and presenters for internally run conferences including regular Foundations Conferences, and marquee conferences such as the Practice Management Symposium, NZ Symposium, Advanced Conference, and Institutional Symposium.
Project manage topics and presenters for internally run webcasts across investing, communication and business strategy Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to assist in the production of presentations for speakers Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure high level communication pre and post conference/event Qualifications Bachelor's degree required with a solid academic record 2+ years' experience in a similar role, Financial Services Industry preferred but not mandatory Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.
