Client Relationship Management Nurture, grow, and expand the client base through industry experience, prior relationships, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong communication and engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning Market Research Conduct market analysis and propose tailored business strategies for different regions.

Monitor daily market exposure and make informed decisions to support trading strategies.

Follow up on shipment schedules and ensure smooth business execution.
Quality Assurance Participate in daily cuppings and other QA-related activities to maintain product standards.
Risk Management Monitor client drawdown paces, shipment schedules, and ensure timely payments.
Mitigate risks by maintaining close communication with clients and origin teams.
Additional Responsibilities Support general office operations and logistics for incoming shipments.
Collaborate with internal teams to set up and manage various strategic projects.
Contribute ideas, suggestions, and market intelligence to support global growth initiatives.
