This is a state-wide service.
DPH practises a Recovery orientated approach using the Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice, the position through day to day care works and other activities will actively contribute to the development and implementation of this model.
Coordinate and manage the shift to ensure the provision of high quality consumer-focused care Monitor physical withdrawal and respond with protocol medication Provide leadership, act as a role model to staff and coordinate the allocation of resources on the shift to meet the needs of consumers Work within the Strengths Model of Recovery Orientated Practice Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial assessment and formulate and implement treatment plans; Support intake Deliver Support intake Deliver
