Position details Location: Myaree, WA, **** Employment type: Full time Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 The roles (3) Cook Employment Responsibilities Cook Asian cuisine across our restaurants Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety in line with council requirements Skills, experience and qualifications Certificate III including at least one year of relevant experience, or Certificate IV.
At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
Relevant experience may also be required.
Licences Food Safety Supervisor certificate RSA where alcohol is served Desirable Exceptional communication skills The ability to work in a team environment Creative flair and a passion for food Flexible, 'can-do' attitude Chef Employment Responsibilities Cook Asian cuisine across our restaurants Prepare food Cook with a wok Manage the Sushi train across our various locations Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Manage stock rotation and monitor kitchen inventory levels Skills,
