Learn more at THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the TA Manager, APAC, this is a stand-alone Talent Acquisition role supporting the DePuy Synthes business, with ownership of recruitment across Australia and New Zealand.
As the lead TA partner for the business, you'll manage a broad portfolio of roles across multiple functions, with a particular focus on Commercial and Supply Chain.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and HR stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor, taking ownership of complex hiring needs, building proactive talent pipelines and helping the business navigate challenging talent markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles.

ABOUT YOU You'll be an experienced recruiter who is comfortable taking the lead, working with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment with a high degree of independence.
We're looking for someone with: * Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a complex organisation, ideally across Commercial, Sales and/or Supply Chain portfolios.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and the confidence to advise, influence and constructively challenge.
* Strong sourcing capability and experience developing and managing proactive talent pipelines, rather than relying solely on active applicants.
* A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity, identify problems and take ownership of the solution.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the broader business context behind a hiring need.
* Confidence using recruitment data, market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
* A curious and improvement-focused approach.
