Lutheran Services in Buderim, QLD, is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance and grounds team at Immanuel Gardens Aged Care.
The role blends hands-on upkeep with team leadership, planning and contractor coordination to keep facilities secure and welcoming for residents and staff.
You'll oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and support WH&S; and fire safety programs.
