**The role** We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented **Warehouse & Logistics Officer** to join our **Stafford** warehouse team on a **full time basis**.
**Pay rate: $***** per hour**This hands-on and wide-ranging role involves warehouse operations, inventory control, order picking and packing, kit preparation, dispatch, freight coordination, truck and container loading, forklift operation, and systems administration.Key Responsibilities* Pick, pack, replenish and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.
* Complete inventory transactions and stock movements using warehouse and ERP systems.
* Assist with stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies.
* Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
* Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas.
* Follow WHS, dangerous goods and manual-handling requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and inventory accuracy.




* Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
**The essentials**To be successful in this role, you will have:* A current **LF forklift licence**—mandatory for this role.
* Experience operating counterbalance or reach forklifts.
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or a similar environment.
* Experience with picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
* Familiarity with inventory, ERP and freight carrier systems.
* Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
* A sound understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling.
* Clear communication skills and a reliable, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
* Dangerous goods experience is preferred but not essential.
