About the Role
This is a rare chance to step into a newly created General Manager position at a pivotal point in the business's growth.
You will take full operational leadership of the business, including production, supply, quality, R&D; and finance, through a phased handover over the first 12 months.
You will lead a major capital program, including new processing rooms, packing lines, a new warehouse, automation and a new ERP. You will represent the business with global partners and customers.
Duties
Lead the site and the senior leadership team day to day
Develop and drive a 3-5 year strategy and operating plan
Align production, supply, quality, R&D; and finance functions
Deliver capital projects, new equipment and ERP implementation
Support the development of international growth, including Asia
Skills and Experience
Senior GM or operations leadership in regulated manufacturing




Strong grounding in GMP and therapeutic or high-end food settings
Track record of leading and aligning multi-function teams
Experience delivering capital projects, automation or ERP change
Commercial acumen and comfort working with boards and investors
Exposure to international markets is highly regarded
MBA or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
High EQ, curious and a robust listener who builds trust
