Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining a high-performing insurance broking team with an established commercial client base and a collaborative working environment. Working closely with a team of three, you'll play an important role in managing client relationships, supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

What will you be doing?
Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately $600k–$700k
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
Manage renewals, new business, endorsements and day-to-day client requirements
Develop tailored insurance solutions across a range of commercial risks, including construction
Lead, support and mentor a team of three across a broader $1.3m book




Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while maintaining strong retention and compliance standards
What do you need?
Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or Senior Broker
Strong commercial insurance broking experience
Experience managing a substantial portfolio, ideally $600k+
Exposure to construction insurance policies is highly desirable
Robust technical broking, client relationship and team leadership skills
A commercially minded approach with a focus on client retention and portfolio growth
