We're looking for positive, safety-focused people to join our Fill & Pack team and be part of a friendly, high-performing manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Line Managers, you will be trained across a variety of production lines, filling and packing our coffee products into jars, cans, soft packs and bulk formats.
Working as part of the Fill & Pack team, you'll help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently and to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working safely and following all Health & Safety requirements
Completing quality checks and accurately recording results
Monitoring equipment and processes to help identify and prevent potential stoppages
Following standardised start-up, line operation and changeover procedures
Supporting the team to achieve daily production and site goals
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
Carrying out other production duties as required to support the team
What Will Make You Successful

Ideally, you will have:
A positive,



reliable and team-focused approach
Good computer skills and the confidence to learn new systems
The ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling
Availability to be flexible to work day and/or afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production or processing, although this is not essential
A current forklift licence or the ability to obtain one, noting applicants must be 18 years or older to obtain the required licence
