Interfi Systems in Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst for Field Operations to sit with lenders, extract needs in detail, and translate them into engineer-ready requirements for the Capital loan servicing platform.
You will work on onboarding, upgrades, and product-definition work, with a typical load of 2–3 concurrent pieces of work.
The role is hybrid in Sydney, with a solid emphasis on AI-enabled workflows (Claude) and a lending/financial services background preferred.
