Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to kickstart a rewarding career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:
All aspects of the sales process
Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers
Achieving individual sales KPI's
Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mitsubishi and Mahindra brands
Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle
If you are joining us with no experience:




You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
You will be learning about the Mitsubishi and Mahindra models and their features
You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build solid relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money
About you:
If you have experience in the retail industry or customer facing positions - fantastic!
But it's not a deal breaker - we can train you!
Prior experience in a sales position is highly regarded but not essential.
We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
You must have a true passion for the brand/s
You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
You will love establishing and building customer relationships
You must be comfortable with negotiating
Current NSW Driver's License
Must be able to work weekends & an 11-day fortnight
