Aruma is seeking passionate Support Workers to empower people with disabilities and young individuals to live the life they choose.
You'll deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living, and foster independence within a rights-based framework.
Rostered on a 24/7 schedule including sleepovers, active nights, weekends and public holidays, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement plans and advocate for customer rights.
