About The Role
The Membership and Growth Manager will lead AMA (NSW)'s membership team to drive membership growth, member engagement, retention and customer service excellence. As a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, the Membership and Growth Manager will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and colleagues across the organisation. This is a high impact, broad and hands‐on role with the opportunity to directly contribute to the ongoing success of AMA NSW.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the membership strategy to strengthen engagement, retention and growth while ensuring members receive a consistent, high-value experience.
Proactively drive membership growth to meet AMA NSW targets.
Track performance against growth, retention and member satisfaction targets, using insights to improve results.
Lead and develop a high performing membership team fostering a culture of customer service and high performance through coaching, training and feedback
Oversee membership operations, reporting and data quality to support informed decisions and a seamless member experience.
Identify opportunities for growth in membership, partnerships and sponsorships
Build trusted relationships with members, stakeholders and partners, representing AMA NSW
About You

A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
