Ravenhall and Melton dealerships.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven senior automotive sales leader who is ready to take ownership of performance across two high-performing locations and make a genuine impact within a well-resourced, progressive dealer group.
The Role Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will take full responsibility for
New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales performance across both Western Ford dealerships – Ravenhall and Melton
.
You will lead from the front, driving sales volume, gross and profitability while developing a high-performing sales culture across both locations. The successful candidate will be commercially focused, customer-centric and confident managing multiple dealership operations.
$90,000 base salary + superannuation
Uncapped commissions
OTE of $300,000+ for a high performer

Remuneration & Perks
$90,000 base salary + superannuation
Company car or car allowance

Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage
New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales across Ravenhall and Melton
Deliver volume, gross and profitability outcomes aligned with business objectives
Develop and execute sales strategies across both dealerships
Manage and optimise inventory and stock turn
Lead, mentor and develop Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
Drive a high-performance, accountable and customer-focused sales culture
Ensure manufacturer standards,



KPIs and reporting requirements are consistently achieved
Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience
Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket departments
Build strong relationships with OEM representatives and key internal stakeholders
We are looking for a
proven automotive sales leader
who can demonstrate:
Current experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role
A strong track record of achieving sales, gross and profitability targets
The ability to lead and motivate teams across
multiple dealership locations
Strong commercial and operational acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation and people-management skills
A professional, calm and respected leadership style
High levels of integrity, accountability and discretion
The drive and energy to lead a high-performance sales operation
