experienced Associate to its high-performing Commercial Law practice
.

acting for a broad range of business owners, companies, investors, developers, and private clients

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced senior practitioner whose practice has a strong focus on
M&A;, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, and property matters, including commercial leasing
.

About you:
2+ years' post-qualification experience in Australia in corporate, commercial and/or property law.
Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
