Maintain support documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with operational, application and technology teams to maintain reliable system services.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Experience as a
System Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Systems Support Analyst
or similar.
Strong experience providing
functional application or systems support
.
Experience with
incident management, service requests, troubleshooting and issue resolution
.
Ability to follow established runbooks while using analytical thinking to investigate issues.
Exposure to
ITSM processes and service management/ticketing platforms
.
Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience within
airline, aviation, transport, logistics or another operationally critical environment
will be highly regarded.
