This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing project controls team and play a critical role in managing project costs across large-scale capital projects.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in TCI (Total Capital Investment) Management, cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and project performance reporting within complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and maintain project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditure tracking
Oversee TCI reporting and ensure cost performance aligns with project objectives
Analyse cost variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare monthly project controls and management reports
Interface with project managers, planners, commercial teams, and key stakeholders
Support project governance and decision-making through accurate cost insights




Drive continuous improvement in cost management processes and reporting systems
About You
Proven experience as a Lead Cost Controller or Senior Cost Controller within EPCM environments
Robust background supporting mining or major resources projects
Demonstrated experience managing TCI (Total Capital Investment) reporting and controls
Advanced understanding of project controls, cost management, forecasting, and earned value principles
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel and project cost management systems experience
