These positions offer flexible shifts throughout November, December and January, with the potential for ongoing employment beyond the peak period.Available Roles & ShiftsMultiple Casual Cleaner positions availableApproximately ******* hours per week, depending on operational requirementsMorning, afternoon and night shifts availableWeekday and weekend work availableFlexible rosters to meet the demands of a busy shopping centreOngoing opportunities for suitable candidates What You'll Do Maintain clean, safe and presentable shopping centre facilities, including floors, amenities, food courts and common areasClean and sanitise high-touch surfaces and replenish supplies as requiredEmpty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety proceduresSafely operate cleaning equipment, including scrubbers,



polishers and buffers where requiredIdentify and report maintenance issues or safety hazardsFollow workplace health and safety procedures and cleaning standardsWork independently and as part of a team to maintain a welcoming setting for customersWhat You'll Need Previous commercial cleaning experience highly regarded, particularly in shopping centres or other high-traffic environmentsExperience operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers and buffers highly desirableUnderstanding of safe cleaning practices, chemical handling and workplace health and safetyReliable, punctual and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and good time management skillsFlexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights and weekendsAvailability throughout November, December and JanuaryWorking with Children Check or willingness to obtain oneAbility to complete pre-employment checks, including a health declaration, police check and reference checksBenefits Multiple casual positions available******* hours per week, subject to roster requirementsDay and night shifts availableWeekend penalty rates in accordance with the Cleaning Services AwardOpportunity for ongoing employment for the right candidatesSupportive and safety-focused team environmentTraining and site inductions providedAbout AWXAWX started out with two blokes, a people problem and a whole lot of grit and that's still how we run.
