Job Description Be the first point of contact for all guests, creating a warm, welcoming and professional first impressionTake ownership of reservations, seating plans and waitlists to ensure smooth and efficient service flow throughout each shiftMonitor guest arrivals and table allocations, balancing service demands while maximising the dining experienceEffectively handle guest enquiries, special requests and feedback, resolving issues with confidence and professionalismMaintain accurate reservation and guest information within our booking platformCommunicate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Supervisors and Front of House team regarding service requirements, VIP guests and table availabilityAssist in coordinating large bookings,



special events and peak service periodsProactively manage guest expectations and wait times while delivering exceptional customer serviceEnsure host stand, entry areas and guest-facing spaces are presented to the highest standard at all timesSupport the wider Front of House team as required to ensure seamless restaurant operationsContribute to a positive team culture by leading with professionalism, energy and a guest-first mindset Qualifications Experienced as a Host in a high-volume restaurant is a must.
