Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and success of our high-volume room service operationGuided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence - Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care - you will lead a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of service are consistently achieved.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader looking to further their career within one of Australia's leading luxury hotel environmentsIn this role, you will:Lead the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellenceDrive team performance through coaching, mentoring and development of leaders and frontline employeesEnsure outlet readiness, grooming standards and compliance with Crown policies and proceduresManage financial performance including budgeting, labour management, cost control and revenue optimisationUphold Crown's service standards and values across all guest interactionsOversee rostering, workforce planning and succession development within the teamEnsure compliance with all health,
