Assist with holiday bookings,



exchanges and partner travel products Understand members' needs and recommend suitable holiday options Deliver excellent service while working towards quality and sales goals Maintain accurate member and booking records across multiple systems About YouYou genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
You communicate clearly, learn systems quickly and are comfortable balancing service with sales opportunities.
