Synergie Australia is seeking an OO7 Senior Supervisor (Electrical) for a trusted Government client located in Caboolture.
The important parts:
Pay: $65–$70 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extension)
What you will be required to do:
As the Senior Supervisor, you will:
Support the delivery of state-wide technical and capital improvement programs
Coordinate detailed scopes of work and project estimates
Work closely with technical officers to respond to client requests
Undertake on-site electrical audits and inspections
Inspect solar photovoltaic and air-conditioning systems
Monitor project standards, costs, timelines and service quality
Apply effective work-order management techniques
Report project progress, expenditure and quality outcomes to stakeholders
Ensure work complies with industry standards and best-practice requirements
Supervise construction, maintenance and upgrade activities
Identify technical, safety and project-delivery issues
Maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Negotiate practical solutions that meet program and customer expectations
Provide explicit updates on project progress, risks and potential delays
The position will support programs including the Housing Energy Initiative and other capital improvement activities.
To be successful in the role you will:
Mandatory requirement
A current Electrical Licence
Highly desirable capabilities
Electrical construction, maintenance or upgrade experience
Project management or project coordination experience
Superintendent's Representative experience or similar contract oversight capability




Experience preparing scopes of work and estimates
Experience conducting technical audits and site inspections
Knowledge of photovoltaic solar installations
Knowledge of split-system air-conditioning installations
Experience working across residential and commercial buildings
Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to monitor project costs, timelines and quality
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Sound analytical capability and professional judgement
The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
