We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks quickly on their feet, and has a genuine passion for hospitality.Job DescriptionBe the first point of contact for all guests, creating a warm, welcoming and qualified first impressionTake ownership of reservations, seating plans and waitlists to ensure smooth and efficient service flow throughout each shiftMonitor guest arrivals and table allocations, balancing service demands while maximising the dining experienceEffectively handle guest enquiries, special requests and feedback, resolving issues with confidence and professionalismMaintain accurate reservation and guest information within our booking platformCommunicate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Supervisors and Front of House team regarding service requirements, VIP guests and table availabilityAssist in coordinating large bookings,
