You will own relationships across Rippling's back-office HR, IT, and Finance products, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth within a rapid-growing SMB segment.
You will engage customers through lifecycle events, negotiate contracts, and build a pipeline of cross-sales and upgrades, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to ensure success and long-term commitments.
