About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle service is managed professionally from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and understanding their servicing requirements
Preparing service schedules and repair orders
Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
Maintaining regular communication throughout the service process
Coordinating workflow with technicians and the workshop team
Identifying additional service opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and earnings
Delivering an outstanding customer experience every time

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role

Experience within an automotive dealership environment will be highly regarded.
