Becoming part of the Stratco operations family, your role will include:
Operating metal folding, roll forming, and pressing machinery with precision and care
Manufacturing products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture
Participating in toolbox talks and team meetings
Championing workplace safety by following critical safety procedures and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker
Whilst advantageous to have experience with sheet metal equipment - such as press brakes or folders, it's not essential
FLT licence preferred, but not essential




A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
A practical problem solver, who can think on their feet
