We are seeking compassionate and motivated Community Support Workers to join the CPS program, providing person-centred, community-based support across the Central Coast.

About the RoleAs a Community Support Worker, you will work alongside individuals to provide person-centred and strengths-based support that promotes independence, wellbeing, choice and meaningful participation in the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive and qualified relationships with the people you support
Supporting individuals to work towards their personal goals
Promoting independence, choice and self-determination
Supporting community participation, social inclusion and connection
Assisting individuals to access appointments, activities and community services
Supporting the development of everyday living and life skills
Working collaboratively with families, carers, colleagues and other support services
Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation
Providing safe, respectful and responsive support tailored to individual needs
About YouWe're looking for compassionate and reliable people who genuinely want to make a positive difference.You will ideally bring:
Experience in community services, disability, mental health or a related support setting
A relevant Community Services, Disability, Mental Health or related qualification and/or relevant industry experience




Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A person-centred and strengths-based approach
The ability to build respectful and professional relationships
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and documentation skills
An understanding of professional boundaries and safe support practices
A genuine commitment to inclusion, empowerment and positive outcomes

NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
Current valid NSW Driver's Licence
