You'll own an allocated territory, meet small business owners and decision-makers, create your own opportunities and build a pipeline through proactive face-to-face engagement.If you enjoy being out on the road, talking to people and seeing a direct connection between your effort and your earnings, this could be a great next move.Start date flexible for the right candidate.Here's what you'll get:$74,500 base salary + uncapped commission + super (OTE $99,000 + super)Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:30 role only – enjoy your weekends!

you will play a key role in driving business growth across your allocated territory by identifying new opportunities and helping small businesses find the right energy solutions for their needs.This is a fulltime field based role.You'll be responsible for:Proactively approaching small businesses within your allocated territoryEngaging business owners and key decision-makers face-to-faceBuilding and managing a sustainable sales pipelineGenerating new business opportunities through prospecting and referralsPresenting Origin's electricity and gas solutions to prospective customersAchieving and exceeding sales targetsGrowing Origin's market share within your territoryMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activityDelivering a positive customer experience from initial contact through to saleAbout youWe're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of winning new business.You are:Confident speaking with people face-to-faceEnjoy proactive selling rather than waiting for leadsMotivated by achieving targets and earning commissionComfortable working independently in a field environmentHave strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skillsEnergetic, proactive, and self-drivenOrganised with strong communication skillsTo be successful, you will need:A current valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory)Previous sales experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnDon't have traditional B2B experience?
