Racing NSW is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Sydney head office.
You will provide first and second level support for desktop, infrastructure and system issues for face-to-face and remote users.The role includes installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, applications and printers, and logging incidents in the IT Service Desk.
You will work in a small, dedicated team supporting the NSW Thoroughbred Racing Industry, focusing on uptime, security and user satisfaction.
